WHM/cPanel Static Site Migration

I need my existing static HTML website moved from its current host to a fresh server that I have ready inside WHM/cPanel. All site files have to be copied over, paths verified, and once it's moved it will be checked and then host-names changed at registrar to make the switch after all checks out...
