WordPress/Amelia Developer for Booking Site

Budget: $10.0 - $15.0 HOURLY / PART_TIME ⭐ 5.00 (2) USA

wordpress, php, css, web-programming

About the project I own a mobile IV therapy business in the LA/San Fernando Valley area. The site (WordPress, hosted on EasyWP, booking handled through Amelia Pro) is about 85-90% built. I need someone experienced to close out the remaining items and get us live. This is not a from-scratch build. The theme, pages, content, and core Amelia setup already exist. This is a punch list of specific remaining tasks, plus some genuinely custom work around radius-based service gating and group bookings. Important: working style I want to work live together during build sessions, not async with occasional check-ins. My availability is evenings, starting around 6pm PST, for 3-5 hour blocks. Please only apply if you can commit to live working sessions in that window (or something close to it) on a regular basis. I'll be on video/screen-share with you, testing things in real time as you build. Remaining scope Routine setup and config Migrate site from staging to the live domain Connect the booking form to the frontend pages Set booking time slots to 30-minute increments, hide past time slots Set up coupon code capability (grand-opening discount) Google Maps service-area embed and Google reviews widget on homepage Standalone contact form Image compression/caching plugin for speed Swap remaining placeholder/watermarked stock photos for final images Yoast SEO pass across all pages (titles, meta descriptions, alt text) Confirm email/SMS notifications fire correctly on booking, cancellation, and reschedule Mobile responsiveness QA on iPhone and Android Higher-complexity items Service-area radius enforcement: customer enters an address, system checks it against our service radius before allowing booking. Open to either a gate page (Google Places Autocomplete + radius check in front of the Amelia widget) or a native Amelia-based approach if you have a clean way to do it. Group bookings with alternating provider assignment (not a native Amelia feature, needs custom logic) Debug and finalize Stripe payment integration on the final booking step (currently intermittent errors) Add-ons menu at checkout, tied to specific services (I will supply the full list and pricing before we start) Tipping option at checkout Package/bundle purchase capability What I'm looking for Strong hands-on experience with Amelia Pro specifically, not just WordPress booking plugins generally Comfortable with custom PHP/JS when a feature isn't native to the plugin Available for live evening sessions starting ~6pm PST, 3-5 hours at a time Clear communicator, comfortable screen-sharing and problem-solving in real time
