Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist (Claude Code)

We are looking for a highly technical Growth Engineer who combines development, conversion optimization, SEO, analytics, AI tools, and user experience improvements. This is not a traditional marketing role. This is not a traditional developer role. We are looking for someone who can identify problems, implement solutions, and continuously improve an ecommerce business through data, automation, testing, and technical execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly in code, using Git, leveraging AI tools such as Claude Code, and making improvements across the customer journey.
