Gravity Forms to Constant Contact Integration

I need someone to assist with connecting my gravity forms on my WordPress website to Constant Contact. Specifically, I would like CC to recognize when a person has submitted a contact form from my company website and given me permission to SMS text information. Right now, all contact information is being pushed from my contact form to CC but CC is not recognizing that the client has given me permission to text them.
