Next.js Developer (Support Role) to Help Modernize Our Company Website

About Us   We're a growing B2B services company migrating our website from WordPress to Next.js. We already have a lead developer and a direction in place, we're looking for a dependable developer to support the build, take ownership of assigned pages and components, and help us move faster. We value clear communication and someone who's easy to collaborate with. If this goes well, there's ongoing work. The Project Support our ongoing WordPress → Next.js rebuild. You'll work alongside our existing developer, picking up defined pages, components, and integration tasks rather than architecting the whole project yourself. Scope of Work - Build and refine assigned pages and reusable components in Next.js - Help migrate existing content and implement redirects to preserve SEO - Integrate CMS-driven content (Sanity / Contentful) into front-end components - Fix layout, responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals issues as assigned - Wire up contact/lead forms with email notifications - Collaborate via clear commits, PRs, and regular progress updates Required Skills (3+ years) Next.js / React ▪️TypeScript ▪️Tailwind CSS ▪️Headless CMS integration (Sanity / Contentful) ▪️Responsive / mobile-first development ▪️Git-based collaboration (branches, PRs) ▪️Basic SEO fundamentals & redirects Nice to Have ▪️WordPress migration experience ▪️Node.js for minor API work ▪️Vercel deployment ▪️GA4 / analytics setup What We're Looking For  A reliable, communicative developer who's comfortable working within an existing codebase and taking direction.
