Software Engineer

The Role We're looking for a Software Developer who enjoys building products from the ground up, working directly with founders, and shipping meaningful features that customers use every day. This is not a role where you'll spend months working on a tiny piece of a massive system. You'll have the opportunity to contribute across the product, influence technical decisions, and see the direct impact of your work. You'll work closely with the founding team to design, build, test, and launch features that help coworking operators grow their businesses. What You'll Do Build new features across our web platform and APIs Work directly with founders to translate customer feedback into product improvements Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical design discussions Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code Help improve platform performance, reliability, and security Contribute to AI-powered features and automation workflows Debug production issues and continuously improve the user experience Collaborate with product, operations, and customer-facing teams Technologies We Use React Next.js TypeScript C# / .NET SQL Azure Stripe AI and LLM integrations Experience with all technologies is not required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly are more important. What We're Looking For 2+ years of software development experience Experience building modern web applications Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks Experience working with APIs and backend systems Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Strong communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment Bonus Points Experience with C# and .NET Startup experience Experience building SaaS products Experience with AI, automation, or LLM integrations Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS Why Join Zentry Pass?
