Upgrade WordPress and Troubleshoot Plugins

Need to create a development environment on Digital Ocean to do WP upgrades and troubleshoot theme and plugins after upgrades to ensure everything is running smoothly. This WordPress instance has many plugins and an LMS plus events on the backend.
