(URGENT) Need Help Adding a Couple FastAPI Endpoints

Please read thoroughly, and then write your proposal. I am looking for someone to help with a quick backend task for our internal task management app. Most of the backend is already built in FastAPI, but we need a couple of additional endpoints added and one existing route cleaned up with proper request validation. Should be pretty straightforward for someone comfortable reading an existing project and writing clean REST APIs. This is a small job that should only take a few hours.
