Full Stack Blockchain Developer (Long Term)

We're building a Web3 platform that turns digital ownership into real-world value. We need a full-stack developer with serious blockchain chops to help us ship the MVP. This is a hands-on role. You'll own the smart contracts, the Web3 architecture, and the bridges between our backend and frontend. What you'll do: - Write, test, and deploy smart contracts for minting and payments. - Connect Web3 to our Next.js frontend (wallet login, minting, payments). - Build secure backend routes for metadata, file uploads, and syncing on-chain with off-chain data. - Keep Express, IPFS, and the blockchain communicating smoothly. - Optimize for low gas fees and a seamless user experience. What you need: - 5+ years of full-stack experience. - Live, production-grade smart contracts on an EVM chain. - Deep comfort with wagmi, viem, ethers.js, and IPFS. - Solid skills in React/Next (frontend) and Node/Express (backend). - Strong knowledge of NFT standards, minting flows, and token transfers. - Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases. - Self-starter who can own the blockchain layer end-to-end. Nice to have: - Edtech or marketplace experience. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
