Full Stack Developer

Looking for a Full Stack developer working in a very small team as the only tech resource. Need to work fast from ideas without full details or formal requirments. We are expecting you to fill in the blanks based on your experience in developing web applications. Communication skills are very important, as your main source of requirments will be from workshops with the non-technical founders. We are looking for leadership in UX, UI design, backend architecture and database design to take our vision to a modern, intuitive and fast web application. Existing tech stack to take over: • Infrastructure in AWS • React front end via Amplify • API layer in docker container running Django • Postgres DB on Aurora serverless • Various integration to third party services (LLMs, emails, analytics, scheduling) • CI/CD pipeline from Gitlab to Amplify and Django
