1. Project Overview
We require the design and development of a professional website for a specialized consulting firm.
This is not a simple landing page — it is a full institutional platform.
The platform combines a professional visual identity, structured service presentation, and a built-in request intake and triage system.
Hosting and domain are already in place — development and setup only.
2. Tone & Positioning — Mandatory Acceptance Criteria
The website must reflect restrained institutional professionalism, not a flashy marketing style.
No shopping cart, no casual language, no loud colors, no glowing gradients.
No exaggerated social proof: client logos, unverified satisfaction numbers, or quick promises.
Content is focused and minimal — minimalism here is an intentional positioning decision, not a lack of content.
The call to action is "Submit a Case for Review", not "Buy Now" or "Contact Us".
Any automatic tendency toward a flashy or commercial design style will be considered non-compliance with specifications.
3. Visual Identity
The complete visual identity will be provided to the developer after agreement.
It includes: official brand colors, logo, fonts, and all approved visual assets.
The developer is required to implement a provided identity with precision and consistency — not propose a new one.
The visual system must support centralized control (changing a color or font from one place applies site-wide).
4. Required Pages — 8 Pages
Home: positioning, services, methodology, team, content hub, call to action.
Practice Areas: clear presentation of specializations with scalability for future standalone pages.
About the Firm: institutional background and professional history.
Our Philosophy: values and professional principles.
Our Team: professional structure with credentials and years of experience.
Media Center: articles and analyses, built to grow over time.
Contact Us: general contact channel, separate from case submissions.
Case Submissions: dedicated intake system — independent and purpose-built.
5. Case Submission System — Custom Built
A purpose-built custom plugin is required — no off-the-shelf contact form solutions.
Functions as a structured intake and triage tool, not a general contact form.
Case classification by matter type.
Urgency level selection.
Brief description field for the nature of the matter or inquiry.
Secure file upload with defined allowed types, size limits, and validation.
Instant internal notification with assigned follow-up responsibility.
Unique reference/tracking number per submission.
Complete separation from the general "Contact Us" channel.
Admin panel allowing addition, editing, renaming, and reordering of matter types without developer involvement.
Fully extensible: new matter types and fields can be added from within the admin panel.
6. Technical Requirements
Platform: WordPress with a visual builder (Divi or equivalent).
Unified header and footer template managed from a single central location.
Full separation between HTML and CSS.
Performance: optimized font loading, compressed images, effective caching.
Basic SEO: one H1 per page, unique meta title and description per page, clean URL structure.
Form protection: honeypot + rate limiting + optional reCAPTCHA.
Mandatory mobile testing across multiple screen sizes (menu, forms, file upload, action buttons).
SSL and admin panel security.
7. Privacy & Security
Clear privacy policy and explicit consent at point of file upload.
Documented procedure for storing and deleting incoming documents.
Case data must not be stored outside the agreed infrastructure.
8. Scalability — Contractual Requirement
The architecture must support future growth without rebuilding from scratch.
Independent pages per practice area for SEO purposes.
Easy addition of new team members.
Publishing articles without technical intervention.
Full English-language version in the future.
Documentation of the scalability approach required at delivery.
9. Deliverables
Fully functional website on live hosting, available for review before official launch.
Technical documentation covering architecture, settings, and plugins used.
Basic training on content management and the case submission system.
Full source file handover (logo, images, design files).
3 months of post-delivery technical support covering fixes and urgent adjustments.
All design, development, and code ownership transfers fully and exclusively to the client upon final payment.
The developer may not use any element of this project (design, code, content, identity) in their portfolio or publicly reference this project without prior written consent.
10. What Your Proposal Must Include
Total price broken down by project phase.
Timeline in weeks, phase by phase.
Samples of similar past work: institutional or service-based websites — not marketing or e-commerce.
Revision policy and number of review rounds included.
Explicit written confirmation of full intellectual property transfer to the client.
Direct contact details of the person responsible for the project.
Mandatory Notice:
Any proposal that does not include a clear total price and a detailed week-by-week timeline will not be considered.
Any proposal that does not include explicit confirmation of full IP ownership transfer to the client will be rejected.
Proposals that take longer than 48 hours to respond will not receive a reply.
