We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in web development recruitment to help source, screen, and recruit a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer for our growing marketplace platform.
The ideal recruiter should understand modern web technologies and be capable of evaluating candidates' technical skills before presenting them for final interviews.
Responsibilities
Source qualified Full-Stack Developer candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Upwork, job boards, and professional networks.
Review resumes and portfolios to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial screening interviews.
Assess candidates' technical backgrounds and project experience.
Verify experience in frontend and backend development.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
Present only pre-qualified candidates who match the project requirements.
Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience recruiting software developers.
Strong understanding of web development technologies.
Ability to evaluate candidates with experience in:
PHP/Laravel
JavaScript
React.js or Vue.js
MySQL/PostgreSQL
REST APIs
Git
Cloud hosting and deployment
Experience sourcing candidates globally.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience recruiting for marketplace, fintech, affiliate, or e-commerce platforms.
Technical background in software development or computer science.
Familiarity with modern development workflows and software engineering practices.
Success Criteria
The recruiter will be considered successful if they:
