We need someone to help build a simple AI-assisted lead generation + verification workflow.
This is not meant to be a large custom software project. We are looking for a practical, lightweight system that can collect potential leads from public online sources, organize them, check/verify them, score them, and place them into a Google Sheet or Airtable database.
The goal is to build something simple, useful, and repeatable.
What we need
The workflow should be able to:
Find leads from public online sources based on categories we provide.
Extract basic details such as:
organization/business name
website
contact person, if available
email/contact form, if available
country/city
source URL
lead type/category
Remove duplicates.
Do basic verification:
website is active
contact info exists
email looks usable
source link is included
Score leads as A / B / C / D or “Do Not Contact.”
Add the leads into Google Sheets or Airtable.
Include a short note or suggested outreach angle for each qualified lead.
Make the system easy for our team to run again.
Possible tools can include Google Sheets, Airtable, Google Apps Script, Python, n8n, Make, Zapier, browser automation, AI tools, or other simple low-code tools. We are open to your recommendation, but we do not want an overbuilt system.

workflows
documentation
setup instructions
Please do not build this only inside your private account.
Final delivery should include:
working Google Sheet/Airtable database
working lead-generation workflow
deduping/scoring/verification structure
short written instructions
screen-recorded walkthrough video showing how to run it
troubleshooting notes
all code/scripts/prompts/workflows transferred to us
