Senior Full Stack Developer - HR Payroll SaaS Platform

We’re building a global HR and payroll platform — multi-country compliance logic, data isolation, and workflows from onboarding to offboarding across 100+ countries. We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who has shipped production-grade SaaS products. Someone who understands payroll complexity, multi-tenant architecture, and compliance rules — not just CRUD apps. What you’ll work on: Payroll engine and compliance modules Multi-country data isolation and localization Third-party HR/financial integrations Scalability and clean architecture decisions You’re a strong fit if you have: 5+ years Full Stack experience (Python and/or Node.js, React) Experience building B2B SaaS, ideally in HR, fintech, or compliance-heavy domains Multi-tenant architecture and data security experience (SOC2 is a plus) Ability to work independently and communicate in English If you’ve built something complex from scratch — we want to hear from you.
