Software Developer — Computational Chemistry Workflow

We are seeking an experienced software developer to design, build, and transfer a computational chemistry data-processing workflow. The workflow will integrate several open-source scientific computing tools — written in Python and C++ — to automate the transformation of input data files into structured output data files, with no graphical user interface required. The successful candidate will be comfortable installing and configuring open-source scientific packages on Linux virtual machines running in cloud infrastructure, and will have the skills to build packages from source where pre-compiled binaries are unavailable or unsuitable.
