The Arrangement I'm looking for a reliable agency or senior developer to be my ongoing support arm. Here's how it works: - Per-project monthly retainer. For each client project you take on support for, you get a flat monthly retainer covering up to 3 hours of work — paid every month whether anything comes up or not. - Overage billed hourly. If a month needs more than 3 hours, the extra time is billed at your hourly rate — always flagged and approved before the work happens. - Month-to-month. No long-term lock-in on either side. - Room to grow. As my pipeline grows, larger builds may be contracted out to you as separate, fully scoped projects. What Support Looks Like - Bug fixes and small tweaks to existing builds - Answering client questions as they come up - Response within max 1 business day (or earlier) - Occasional light updates as client workflows evolve What I'm Looking For - Strong software development fundamentals — you can jump into an unfamiliar codebase, diagnose the issue, and ship a clean fix - Experience building and supporting web apps in production (front end and back end, APIs, integrations) - Fast turnaround on questions — when a client hits a snag, I need a quick, clear answer, not a ticket in a queue - Comfort with AI/LLM tooling (ChatGPT, Claude, prompt/skills-based workflows) — or the ability to pick it up fast - Quick learner — my builds span different stacks and tools, and you'll need to get up to speed on each without hand-holding - Experience supporting real clients — bonus points if you've run a retainer + overage model before - Strong, responsive communication in English - An agency or contractor set up for long-term, low-drama collaboration
