Senior Software Auditor Needed to Assess Existing Web Platform

We are seeking an experienced software auditor or senior full-stack engineer to independently review an existing web application built by a third-party development team. This is not a development project. The objective is to determine the current state of the software and provide an independent assessment for the owner. Specifically, we want to understand: What has actually been built. What appears to be functional. What is incomplete. What has been deployed. The overall condition of the codebase. The platform is hosted on AWS and includes multiple Git repositories. Phase One (6–8 Hours) The initial engagement is limited to approximately 6–8 hours. During this phase, please: Review the available repositories. Review the AWS environment. Inventory the software components. Identify what appears complete versus incomplete. Note any immediate technical concerns. Prepare a preliminary written assessment. At the end of Phase One, provide: A plain-English summary for the owner. Your initial findings. Any significant concerns. Whether additional review would be beneficial. If so, your recommended scope and estimate for a more comprehensive audit. No code changes or development work are authorized. Experience Applicants should have experience with: Software technical audits AWS Git repositories Modern web application architecture Experience with payment systems or cryptocurrency projects is helpful but not required.
