Fix Connecteam–Xero Payroll Bugs

The Connecteam ↔ Xero link that drives my fortnightly payroll is throwing up errors every time I try to run a pay-run. In Xero I’m seeing both incorrect calculations and outright failed transactions once the data syncs across, so staff totals and journals never balance...
