Node.js SaaS Deployment Cleanup & Launch Readiness

I have a fully built and live Node.js/Express SaaS application. The app works—the main issue is my deployment pipeline and launch setup. This is an infrastructure cleanup, testing, and go-live project, not a feature development project. Current Stack Node.js / Express Static HTML/JavaScript frontend Railway (hosting & auto-deploy) GitHub Supabase (Postgres/Auth) Stripe (currently in test mode) Resend (email) Current Issues Two GitHub repositories (old and current) are causing deployment confusion. Railway isn’t connected to the correct repository. GitHub → Railway auto-deploy isn’t reliable. GitHub authentication/tokens have caused deployment issues. An old deployment/repository needs to be cleaned up. What I Need 1. Deployment Cleanup Identify the correct GitHub repository. Connect Railway to that repository and verify auto-deploy works. Confirm all Railway environment variables are correct. Remove old repositories/deployments. Provide simple documentation explaining how deployments work going forward. 2. Testing & Launch Perform a complete end-to-end test of the live app: Sign up Email verification 3-day trial Upgrade to Starter or Pro Reveal contacts Cancel subscription Verify plan permissions and usage limits work correctly. Investigate and fix slow loading after login. Fix the issue where “Sign In” sometimes appears while already logged in. Verify Stripe webhooks. Switch Stripe from test mode to live mode and confirm a successful real payment (then refund it). Deliver a short report explaining what was tested, what was fixed, and confirming the app is launch-ready.
