Website Content & Webflow Coordinator (Ongoing Part-Time Role)

About Us Beaches COVERED is a premium community media and marketing business servicing Sydney's Northern Beaches. We publish magazines, digital content, business features, community stories, event coverage and marketing campaigns for local businesses. We are seeking an experienced Webflow Content Coordinator to become an ongoing member of our team. The Role We require someone who can take content supplied by our editorial and sales teams and ensure our website remains current, engaging and SEO-friendly. This is an ongoing role with weekly work available. Responsibilities Upload articles and content into Webflow CMS Format content for readability and user experience Source and optimise images Add internal links and SEO metadata Create article categories and tags Ensure all content is mobile-friendly Keep homepage and featured content current Monitor and update outdated information Assist with landing pages for marketing campaigns Recommend improvements to website structure and user experience Skills Required Strong Webflow CMS experience Understanding of SEO best practices Excellent written English Basic graphic/image editing skills Attention to detail Ability to work independently Experience with publishing or media websites preferred Nice to Have Experience with community media or online magazines Knowledge of Google Analytics Understanding of local business marketing Basic AI-assisted content workflows Expected Workload 5–10 hours per week initially Potential to grow into a long-term role To Apply Please provide: Examples of Webflow websites you currently manage.
