We are commissioning an experienced full-stack developer with Anthropic Claude API expertise to build a SaaS platform that automatically generates professional, hosted websites for UK local service businesses — plumbers, electricians, decorators, landscapers, cleaners, and similar tradespeople. The platform uses the Claude API to generate tailored website copy, structure, and SEO content from a short onboarding questionnaire. Sites are hosted on our infrastructure on a monthly subscription. Clients log in to make edits through a simple dashboard — no technical knowledge required. Two telephony add-ons (Virtual Landline and Missed Call SMS) are included in Phase 1. A comprehensive self-serve SEO module — designed to be as simple as possible for non-technical users — is built in Phase 2. The single most important requirement across both phases is design quality and ease of use. Every screen, every interaction, every piece of copy must be designed for someone who has never used a SaaS product before. If a 60-year-old plumber cannot figure it out in 30 seconds, it needs to be redesigned.
