About the job Job Title: Lead AI Engineer Experience: 5–7 Years Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Engineer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions while mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI applications. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions. Develop and optimize applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). Build AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and intelligent automation workflows. Need to have strong AI agent development expertise and should have worked on paltforms with real use cases and deployed AI agents Fine-tune and integrate open-source and commercial AI models. Design scalable APIs and AI services using Python frameworks. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver AI-driven products. Review code, mentor junior engineers, and maintain engineering best practices. Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and Generative AI. Requirements 5–7 years of professional experience in AI/ML development. Strong proficiency in Python. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and Prompt Engineering. Strong understanding of RAG architectures. Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex. Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS. Experience building APIs using FastAPI or Flask. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Hugging Face and model fine-tuning. Knowledge of MLOps and AI deployment pipelines. Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers. Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience working in Agile development environments.
