Technical Consultant: Claude Code & Airtable Workflow Automation (API / AI Video Generation)

I am a Shopify dropshipper building a custom internal engine to generate AI video ads. I am using Kie.ai to access various image/video models (this is a wrapper around all generative AI models and is a credit pay as you go system), and I am using Claude Code to build out my scripts. My ultimate goal is to build out my entire UI and database inside Airtable, where I can manage my media, fix model hallucinations, and trigger generations. The Working Dynamic I am Looking For (Crucial): I do not want to hire someone to build this in a black box and hand it off to me. I want to take the lead on building this because I need to intimately understand my own system. I am looking for a senior developer/architect to act as my co-pilot via Zoom. I understand how to use Claude Code, but I get lost in the folder architecture and end up with disorganized code. I need you to help me design the architecture, establish best practices for my codebase, and help me build out the Airtable UI effectively. The AI Workflow (Why you need to understand AI mechanics): I need someone who understands how AI image and video models actually work under the hood (e.g., txt2img, img2img, inpainting, seeds, and image-to-video pipelines). For example: when an image model gives me a good starting frame but hallucinates one detail, I don't want to start from scratch. I need you to help me build an Airtable UI where I can easily pass that image back through the API to iterate on it, and then eventually pass that finalized image to a video model for animation. You don't need to know how to create winning ads, but you do need to understand the API mechanics of these AI workflows to build my UI properly. Immediate Challenges to Solve: Codebase Architecture: Help me restructure my Claude Code project so it is clean, modular, and easy for me to maintain as it grows. Media Syncing: I work between a Mac Mini and a MacBook Pro. I use GitHub to sync my code, but GitHub cannot handle the heavy media files generated by my workflow. I need you to help me implement a cloud storage solution so my scripts reference URLs and I don't have to sync local media between computers. Airtable UI for AI Iteration: Help me design the Airtable base to act as a seamless, two-way UI that supports complex API triggers (like iterative image generation and video animation). Requirements: Expert-level understanding of Airtable (building interfaces, triggering webhooks/scripts, handling attachments). Strong background in software architecture (how to structure folders and modular code). Practical understanding of AI API mechanics (image/video generation pipelines). Experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code) and patience to work alongside a non-traditional developer on Zoom.
