Automation engineer nedeed

I am a travel agent. I need to create software that will help me create tour packages automatically. I will provide a picture containing hotel rates. Hotel rates change often so there should be an option to upload images or pdf for updated rates. The interface should show a nice presentation of hotel names, rates, night plan, and flight details with cost. I should be able to input flight rates at back end. I should have option to change night plan, hotels etc.
