I'm the founder of Sympatha, a subscription-based therapist directory that helps clients find therapists based on therapeutic approach, specialties, and personality fit through a matching quiz. Therapists create accounts, manage their own profiles, pay a monthly subscription through Stripe, and have access to a members-only resource library. The platform is currently built using Webflow, Memberstack, Airtable, Make, and Stripe and has just over 100 therapist members. It's live and functioning, but my current developer has recently recommended rebuilding the platform on a more traditional stack because he believes the current architecture will become increasingly difficult to maintain as the platform grows. Before making a decision, I'm speaking with experienced SaaS developers to get an honest assessment. I'm looking for someone who can evaluate the current platform, understand my long-term vision, and tell me what they would recommend if this were their own business. If it turns out a rebuild is the right path, I'd also love to learn how you would approach it, what stack you'd recommend, and what a phased migration would look like while keeping the current platform live.
