# Full Stack Development SME Needed to Create High-Quality Technical Assessments We are looking for an experienced **development shop based in Bengaluru (Bangalore), India** to help create high-quality technical assessments across multiple formats for developer hiring. The ideal partner has a strong full stack development team, experience building modern AI-powered applications, and the ability to design real-world technical assessment content that evaluates practical software engineering skills rather than textbook knowledge. ## Responsibilities * Create realistic technical assessment content, including coding questions, projects, code repository tasks, and other practical engineering exercises based on real-world scenarios. * Write clear, candidate-facing problem statements and requirements. * Design assessments that evaluate frontend, backend, APIs, databases, system integration, and overall software engineering skills. * Develop reference implementations, expected solutions, and evaluation criteria appropriate for each assessment format. * Create public and hidden test cases to validate candidate submissions where applicable. * Ensure assessments are technically accurate, fair, and aligned with current industry best practices. * Incorporate modern software development workflows, including AI-assisted development where appropriate. ## Required Qualifications * A development team with engineers who have 5+ years of professional Full Stack Development experience. * Strong expertise across modern frontend and backend technologies. * Experience building production-grade web applications. * Familiarity with AI-first development workflows and modern AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT. * Experience building or integrating AI agents and agentic workflows using modern LLM frameworks. * Strong understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, testing, deployment, and software architecture. * Excellent written and spoken English for technical collaboration. ## Preferred Qualifications * Experience creating technical interviews or developer assessments. * Experience mentoring engineers or conducting technical interviews. * Familiarity with modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, or similar technologies. * Strong understanding of modern developer tooling and AI-assisted software engineering. ## Collaboration * Preference for development shops based in **Bengaluru (Bangalore), India**. * Ability to collaborate closely with our team during the engagement. ## Ideal Partner We're looking for a team that: * Has strong engineering fundamentals and a product mindset. * Can build production-quality applications from end to end. * Is comfortable designing and implementing agentic AI workflows. * Takes an AI-first approach to software development and stays current with the latest AI tools. * Has a strong eye for modern user experience (UX) and intuitive product design. * Enjoys designing practical, industry-relevant assessments that accurately evaluate real-world engineering skills across multiple assessment formats.
