MERN Stack Developer for College Event Management Platform

I am looking for an experienced Full Stack MERN developer to help us build and improve a college event management platform. Project Overview This is an MVP-stage project focused on modernizing event operations for colleges and campuses. The current platform already includes core features such as event registration, QR-based passes, admin management, queue handling, food service flow, navigation support, and basic real-time operations. Current Status The project is currently in MVP stage. Core modules are already in place, but the system still needs refinement, bug fixing, performance improvements, and feature expansion to become a stable production-ready product. Target Goal My goal is to develop a scalable platform that helps colleges manage: event registration attendee check-in and pass validation queue and crowd management food and service operations admin operations and reporting real-time event support Long-Term Vision This is not just a short-term task. I am looking for a long-term partner who can help us evolve this platform into a reliable, scalable solution for college event operations. I want someone who can contribute to both immediate MVP improvements and the future growth of the product.
