AI/LLM Engineer for Career Matching, Resume Intelligence & RAG Chatbot

We are developing an AI-powered career guidance platform and need an experienced AI/LLM developer to implement the following features: Specific Tasks -Build an AI career recommendation system based on a user’s education, skills, interests, experience, and career goals. -Develop an AI resume/CV analyzer that identifies strengths, weaknesses, missing skills, and improvement opportunities. -Generate personalized career roadmaps with recommended skills, courses, projects, and job roles. -Build an AI career assistant chatbot that answers career-related questions using the user’s profile and platform data. -Implement job and skill matching using semantic search, embeddings, and similarity scoring. -Integrate an LLM API such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or another suitable provider. -Create structured prompts that return reliable JSON output for use in the application. -Implement RAG so the AI can answer questions using our own career, course, and job data. -Store conversation history and user-specific AI recommendations. -Add safeguards against irrelevant, unsafe, or fabricated AI responses. -Implement token tracking, rate limiting, caching, and API cost controls. -Connect all AI features with the existing frontend, backend, and database. -Test AI response accuracy, speed, error handling, and output consistency. -Document the AI architecture, prompts, API endpoints, and deployment process.
