Claude Code Architect & AI Engineering Coach (Claude Max, Agentic Coding, Best Practices) Job Description We are looking for an experienced Claude Code Architect to work directly with our engineering team in a series of live online sessions. This is not a traditional coding role. We need someone who can teach, mentor, review, and improve our Claude-based development workflow while helping us adopt modern agentic software engineering practices. What We Need We are building AI-powered products and want to improve how our team uses: Claude Code CLI Claude Max Agentic coding workflows Multi-agent development approaches Specs-driven development AI-assisted testing and QA Git workflows, PR reviews, and automation Claude.md, Design.md, and project documentation standards Skills, hooks, commands, and reusable workflows Context management and prompt engineering for large codebases Development-to-production best practices You will work with us online (Zoom/Google Meet) and review our existing projects, repositories, and Claude setup. Your goal is to help us improve developer productivity, code quality, testing, architecture, and overall AI-assisted engineering practices. Responsibilities Review our current Claude Code workflow Audit our repositories and project structure Review Claude.md, Design.md, and other project documentation Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities Recommend best practices for agentic coding Help create repeatable development workflows Improve context management and project organization Review testing and QA processes Help optimize Git, PR, branching, and deployment workflows Train our team through live interactive sessions Share practical examples from real-world Claude projects Recommend tools, plugins, MCP servers, skills, hooks, and automation techniques Required Qualifications Extensive hands-on experience with Claude Code Active Claude Max subscription Demonstrated experience building real applications using Claude Code Strong understanding of agentic software development Experience working with large codebases Deep knowledge of software architecture and engineering best practices Strong communication and teaching skills Ability to conduct live code reviews and architecture reviews Preferred Qualifications Anthropic certifications or formal Claude training Experience implementing multi-agent workflows Experience with AI coding frameworks and orchestration systems Familiarity with modern AI engineering practices discussed by industry leaders such as Boris Cherny, Andrej Karpathy, and other AI-native engineering practitioners Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD, testing automation, and deployment pipelines Experience mentoring engineering teams During Your Proposal Please Include A brief summary of your Claude Code experience Confirmation that you have an active Claude Max subscription Examples of projects built using Claude Code Screenshots or demonstrations of your workflow (if available) Your hourly rate Your availability for live online sessions Any certifications, training, or public work related to Claude, AI engineering, or agentic development Engagement Remote / Online Hourly consulting engagement Initial engagement: 5–20 hours Potential for ongoing advisory relationship We are looking for someone who can help our team move from simply using Claude to operating at an expert level with repeatable, scalable, AI-native software engineering practices.
