Senior Full Stack Developer – SaaS CRM

We are looking for a **Spanish-speaking Senior Full Stack Developer** to help us improve and scale two existing SaaS platforms. Our platforms are already built and include: * **TheBestCleaning Pro** – a CRM for cleaning and home service businesses, similar to Jobber. * **CleanSaver** – a marketplace that connects customers with home service professionals. This is **not a project from scratch**. We need an experienced developer to review the existing codebase, perform a technical audit, identify improvements, fix issues, and help us continue building the platform. ### Phase 1 – Technical Audit Your first responsibility will be to: * Review the existing architecture. * Review the database. * Review the source code. * Evaluate security and performance. * Identify bugs and technical debt. * Review user roles and permissions. * Evaluate scalability. * Deliver a written report with recommendations. * Create a development roadmap with priorities. ### Required Skills * Next.js * React * TypeScript * Supabase * PostgreSQL * REST APIs * Stripe * GitHub * SaaS Architecture * Multi-tenant applications * Dashboard development * Responsive design ### Nice to Have Experience building software similar to: * Jobber * Housecall Pro * ServiceTitan * Thumbtack * Airbnb * Uber ### Important * Spanish speaker required. * Experience reviewing existing projects. * Good communication. * Long-term collaboration if Phase 1 is successful.
