We are a tours and travel company looking for someone who can help us build an AI-powered travel assistant and automate parts of our customer journey. The idea is to have a chatbot on our website that can act like a virtual travel consultant, engaging with visitors, understanding their travel plans, and guiding them toward the most suitable packages. The assistant should be able to answer questions related to destinations, itineraries, pricing, inclusions and exclusions, visa requirements, cancellation policies, and other common queries. It should be capable of holding natural conversations, remembering the context during a session, and suggesting packages based on factors such as budget, travel dates, number of travelers, interests, and preferred destinations. We would also like the chatbot to collect customer details including contact information, travel preferences, expected budget, and any special requests for customized itineraries. If required, conversations should be seamlessly handed over to a member of our team. Integration with WhatsApp and email notifications would be useful so that inquiries can be followed up promptly. On the automation side, we are looking for a solution that can capture and store leads in a CRM, database, or even Google Sheets, and automatically follow up with visitors who leave the website without making a booking. It would also be great to have a simple way for our team to update package details, pricing, and travel information without having to rebuild or retrain the entire system each time changes are made. Additionally, having a small dashboard or reporting interface to track conversations, generated leads, popular destinations, and overall conversion performance would be valuable.
