Arduino Industrial Counter & Timer

I already have a partially-working prototype for an industrial counter + timer built around an Arduino. It needs to count production units while tracking elapsed time in parallel, show both values on an LCD screen, and push the data over Wi-Fi to my factory LAN... (Budget: ₹1500 - ₹12500 INR, Jobs: Arduino, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Firmware Development, Microcontroller, PCB Layout, REST API, Testing / QA)
