Build an AI Business Automation System

I’m looking for someone who can automate my small business shop to allow my employee to WhatsApp a number to inform their annual leave, off and medical leave The solution should be efficient and user-friendly, ensuring seamless communication between employees and management. The ideal candidate will have experience in automation and possibly WhatsApp API integration. The whatsapp must be able to reply and act like an assistant. After the whatsapp agent extract the information, it will automatically update into a Google sheet such as the date on leave or medical leave .
