Full Stack Developer Needed to Complete Customer Support Portal (80% Done)

Overview We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong backend skills to complete a customer support portal that is currently about 80% finished. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: - Build and refine ticket management APIs. - Implement secure user authentication and permissions. - Complete and optimize database schema updates. - Connect backend APIs to the existing React frontend. - Fix notification and email-related bugs. - Improve overall API performance, security, and reliability. Requirements & Skills Needed: - Expert-level experience in Full Stack Development (React + strong Backend experience). - Proven track record with RESTful APIs and database management. - Ability to quickly dive into an existing codebase, clean up, and complete unfinished features. - Clear communication and structured workflow.
