Laravel/React/Next.js Developer for Improvements

I'm looking for an experienced developer in the subject field to implement some features on my website. 1. Featured Job Posting System I want employers to be able to pay to feature their job listings. Requirements 1. Create a "Post Your Job" page. 2. Employers should be able to submit their job details through a form. 3. Payment Integration system 4. Each featured job should have a start date and an expiry date. 5. Featured jobs should automatically disappear when they expire. 6. Featured jobs should always appear above regular job listings. 7. Instead of displaying as a normal job card, featured jobs should appear as a highlighted text with a "Featured Job" or "Hot Job" label. 8. Clicking the highlighted item should open the full job post. 9. The design should prevent featured jobs from pushing regular job cards too far down the page. 10. The admin should be able to add, edit, extend, or remove featured jobs. 2. Blog Image Improvements The current blog editor has issues with images. Requirements 1. Fix the image upload/display functionality. 2. Allow multiple images within a single blog post. 3. Allow images to be inserted anywhere in the article. 4. Images should display correctly on both desktop and mobile devices. 3. Advertisement Manager I want a simple but flexible advertisement management system in my admin dashboard so I can manage affiliate promotions, direct advertisers, and my own products without editing code. Requirements 1. Create, edit, delete, and duplicate advertisements. 2. Enable or disable advertisements without deleting them. 3. Upload image banners. 4. Support custom HTML/JavaScript ad code. 5. Support affiliate links. 6. Add destination URLs. 7. Schedule advertisements with optional start and end dates. 8. Choose where advertisements appear (homepage, blog, job pages, sidebar, inside articles, top, middle, bottom, etc.). 9. Allow different banner sizes. 10. Include reusable banner templates that I can customize by changing: -Headline -Description -Button text -Background colour -Image or logo -Destination link -Basic click and impression tracking. -Banner preview before publishing. I should be able to save and edit banners later without needing a developer. 4. Blog Pagination Implement pagination for blog posts to improve navigation and page performance. When applying, please include: 1. Your estimated cost. 2. Estimated completion time. 3. Examples of similar similar projects especially for the banner and post ad features Any recommendations that would improve these features.
