Seeking developers- Next.js, coolify and Mangodb

I have a Webview wrapper application which works on Next.js, mangodb and coolify server to load educational events. i want a developer with deep expertise on this who can make me understand how it works as i am founder who is developing tech product with non tech background and make some work on the application without source code.
