Solid Works Conical Plates to flat patterned

I have a Tekla model that includes several conical rolled plates. If it is easier for you, I can also export the same geometry to IGES or STEP. What I need back from you is a clean DXF flat-pattern for each plate—nothing more, nothing less... (Budget: $250 - $750 AUD, Jobs: Rhino 3D, Solidworks)
