AI Automation Specialist for Internal Operations & Workflows

We’re looking for an experienced AI Automation Developer to help us streamline and automate core operational processes. While our team actively utilizes various AI tools, many of our internal data handoffs and processing tasks still require heavy manual intervention. Our goal is to build reliable, agentic automations that connect our existing platforms and execute complex, multi-step workflows. The first phase of the project will focus on automating a primary operational workflow that includes: Triggering workflows based on incoming data streams or internal requests Categorizing, extracting, and structuring key information using LLMs Formatting outputs based on our specific internal guidelines Automatically updating our backend databases, CRMs, and operational tracking boards Routing notifications or routing actions to specific team members for review Our stack relies on standard APIs, automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, or similar), and major LLM providers. We are looking for someone who can review our general requirements and recommend the most stable architecture. We are not looking for a simple customer-facing chatbot. We need a developer who has built production-grade workflows that connect multiple systems, handle edge cases, and process data reliably in the background. If the first workflow is successful, we plan to expand this into a broader engagement, automating additional internal processes such as research aggregation, reporting, and operational task management.
