AI-enabled construction management platform

Title: AI Enabled Construction Management Platform Description: We are building a construction workflow automation platform with PWA support for managing projects, project phases, teams, progress tracking, and payment-related operations. This is not a basic dashboard. The platform is intended to be an AI-ready operations system where projects are structured phase by phase, teams are managed across workflows, and the product can later evolve into AI-assisted operational automation. Scope includes: * project and phase management * structured workflow tracking * internal and external team assignment * team/member panel views * payment-related operational logic * PWA-based access for field and admin usage * scalable backend foundation for future automation features We are looking for experience in: * Node.js / NestJS * PostgreSQL * scalable SaaS backend systems * system design * role-based architecture * API integrations * Next.js with PWA implementation * AI-ready platform architecture This should be built with a strong product and systems mindset, not as a generic CRUD application.
