Overview
We build custom operations dashboards and apps for field-services and industrial companies with Claude. Each dashboard is a Flask app backed by Postgres, deployed on Render with GitHub auto-deploy, pulling live data from third-party APIs (fleet telematics, GPS, safety/forms, messaging) and presenting it across role-based tabs for crews, managers, and ownership.
We're looking for a full-time developer to build new client dashboards from the ground up and maintain existing ones. You'll own features end-to-end — from API integration to the front-end tab that displays the data.
Tech Stack
* I am open to whatever.
* Python / Flask (single-file app architecture, several thousand lines each)
* PostgreSQL (psycopg2)
* Vanilla JavaScript embedded in the app (Plotly for charts, Leaflet for maps)
* Render hosting + GitHub auto-deploy
* REST API integrations with auth, rate limiting, caching, and resilience patterns
What you'll do
* Build new dashboards for new clients following our established patterns
* Integrate third-party REST APIs (handle auth, pagination, rate limits, caching)
* Design role-based views and access control (admin / manager / employee)
* Build reporting tabs: productivity, revenue, equipment, mapping, live telemetry
* Maintain and extend existing client dashboards
* Write clean, validated code that deploys cleanly
Required skills
* Strong Flask / Python — comfortable in large single-file codebases
* Solid SQL / Postgres
* Experience consuming third-party REST APIs (auth, rate limits, error handling)
* Front-end fundamentals: vanilla JS, charts, maps
* Reliable, self-directed, can own a project start to finish
* Experience designing multi-tenant or multi-client app architecture
How we work
* You deliver complete, tested files; we handle deploy
* No direct production credential access — we provide sanitized config and test data
* Daily Communication
To apply
* Share 2–3 relevant Flask projects (dashboards or API-heavy apps preferred)
* Confirm full-time availability, timezone, and hourly rate
