Security Automation Engineer / Backend Developer for Cloudflare, Linux, FastAPI, and Custom Integrations Job Description I am looking for a hands-on developer with cybersecurity experience to help build new ideas, prototypes, automations, and custom integrations across Cloudflare, Linux servers, Python, FastAPI, and security / IT tools. This is not a basic website development role. I need someone comfortable working with backend systems, APIs, infrastructure, Linux, and security-focused workflows. Work may include: Cloudflare Workers development Cloudflare Zero Trust, Access, Tunnel, DNS, and WAF support Python and FastAPI development API integrations between security, IT, and SaaS tools Webhook development and automation Linux physical server setup and troubleshooting Secure service deployment Log forwarding or data normalization Custom internal tools or lightweight dashboards Documentation and handoff notes The developer may work on integrations involving tools such as Cloudflare, Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Graph, runZero, Huntress, Freshservice, SIEM platforms, vulnerability scanners, and other API-based systems. Because some work may require access to client systems or admin-level privileges, identity verification will be required during onboarding. Access will be granted only as needed and must follow security best practices.
