Full Stack Telehealth Engineer

Senior / Principal Full Stack Telehealth Engineer Remote (US Preferred) About Us We are building a next-generation telehealth platform focused on patient care, provider workflows, pharmacy fulfillment, and recurring healthcare services. We're looking for an exceptional engineer who has already built production telehealth platforms and understands the healthcare ecosystem from end to end. This is not a role for someone learning healthcare. We need someone who has successfully shipped real telehealth products integrating providers, pharmacies, payments, and patient experiences. About the Role You will lead the engineering of our customer-facing telehealth platform, provider portal, and administrative systems. You'll be responsible for building both the public patient experience and the internal operational tools required to run a modern telehealth company. This role requires deep experience integrating with physician networks, pharmacy APIs, payment infrastructure, and healthcare workflows. You must have production experience building platforms that include the following. Telehealth Platforms You have built one or more production telehealth applications. Examples include: Weight management Men's health Women's health Functional medicine Longevity Primary care Specialty telehealth You understand the complete patient journey from registration through prescription fulfillment. Physician Network Integrations Hands-on experience integrating with physician/provider networks such as: MDI Health OpenLoop Wheel SteadyMD Healthie Beluga Health Similar nationwide provider networks Experience should include: Patient routing Provider assignment Consultation workflows Prescription approvals Status updates Clinical documentation Webhooks Pharmacy Integrations Hands-on experience integrating with pharmacy APIs.
