AI Agent Bot Programmer

I'm looking for an experienced AI automation developer who specializes in n8n, OpenAI, and business process automation to help build AI agents that can run and improve different parts of my HVAC, refrigeration, business. I want someone who can create AI systems that read and reply to emails, review work orders, notify my office staff, help build estimates and proposals, schedule technicians, organize jobs by priority, follow up with customers, assist with government bids, and answer questions using our company documents. Experience integrating Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, HubSpot, APIs, and AI tools is a big plus. I'm not just looking for someone to build a few workflows—I want someone who can become a reliable partner, bring new ideas, improve our operations, and help us use AI to grow the company.
