Facebook Ads Specialist Needed, Fix Ad Account Payment/Billing Issue

We're looking for an experienced Facebook/Meta Ads specialist to help troubleshoot and resolve a payment issue on our ad accounts. The issue: We have Facebook ad accounts with outstanding balances. When we try to pay, the payment doesn't go through, clicking "pay" just bounces back without completing, and the accounts stay restricted. Not sure if this is an account level restriction, a payment method issue, or something else on Meta's end. What we need: hands on experience managing Meta Business Suite and Facebook Ads Manager accounts, especially payment, billing, and account restriction issues. Ideally someone who has run into this exact "payment won't go through" problem before and knows how to fix it. Able to review our accounts, diagnose the root cause, and either fix it directly or clearly walk us through the fix. Nice to have: experience with agency or multi brand Business Manager setups, and familiarity with Meta's ad account restriction and appeals process.
