O&M Manual PDF Editing

I need several updates made to an existing Operations & Maintenance manual that I currently have only as a PDF. I do not have the original design files, so all work must be carried out directly in Adobe Acrobat (or a comparable PDF-editing tool that preserves layout integrity)...
