Rebuild back-end by laravel

My client developed a salon management software, it included below: the module should be... 1) Superadmin create merchant. 2) Merchant do setting for product, treatment, package, shop configure 3) merchant customer module that create new customer and customer page 4) merchant Sales module that create invoice 5) merchant inventory module that create instock, (cut stock will link to sales table) 6) Booking module 7) online store + merchant page 8 ) Noticeboard (this alike suibox, merchant can post notice in noticeboard, customer need visit merchant only can view) 9) report ( here may be need add some report ) currently they are using react.js + node.js, but since there are some bugs and some structure issue, so my client going to rebuild back end by laravel, so use react.js (remain current front end) and laravel (rebuild) for it. you can ask for current system login so that you can take a look, and we will choose some developer and send them front end + back end script to study, just this project a bit urgent, looking for reliable developer can start it asap, and this project come with penatly and bonus package, if delay will fine daily penatly, if early will give extra bonus. must use client's github to manage. not only rebuild back end, need to make sure whole system running smooth, dont blame frontend error, if found front end error then need fine tune it too. we are looking for long term partner for manage it, so if you are going to build long term relationship with client, you can bit this project. current system login https://daco.salonsoftware.my/login?id=iXBkXkmZ ainaa@ gmail.com 123456
