n8n Automation Developer — AI Voice Agents, WhatsApp Chatbots & LLM-Powered Workflows

We are an automation agency specializing in AI-powered business solutions, including intelligent voice agents, WhatsApp chatbot systems, and backend workflow automations that integrate large language models (LLMs) into real-world business operations. We are seeking an experienced n8n developer to join our team and help us design, build, and scale reliable automation systems for our growing client base. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop robust n8n workflows integrating AI tools such as OpenAI and other LLM APIs - Build and maintain voice agent automations and WhatsApp chatbot systems - Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs, and messaging platforms into cohesive automation pipelines - Optimize existing workflows for improved performance, reliability, and scalability - Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain automations currently running in production environments Required Qualifications: - Strong, demonstrable experience with n8n, including custom logic building, webhook configuration, and proper error-handling implementation (beyond basic trigger-based workflows) - Proven experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or similar) into functional, production-ready workflows - Experience with voice agent platforms such as Retell AI, Vapi, or comparable technologies is highly preferred - Excellent written communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision All automations and integrations should comply with applicable platform policies and data privacy requirements.
