The vision Dashlink is a no-code platform for building dashboards — marketing, logistics, accounting, finance, you name it. Our integration layer plugs straight into our customers' APIs, turning scattered data into a clean, real-time command center with no glue code. This is live in production today, serving everyone from lean SMBs to some of the largest enterprises in global payments and logistics. The hard part is done. Now comes the ambitious part: turning a great product into the default platform teams reach for when they need to see their business clearly. We're hiring one builder to help drive that leap — someone who sees a half-finished thing, says "why not make this exceptional," and then does it. What you'll do Own real surface area. Take our Laravel + Livewire apps to the next level — architecture, performance, UX. You'll have the keys, not a permission slip. Build AI into the product and into how we ship. Equal weight: LLM-powered features for customers, and AI-assisted workflows that let a tiny team move like a big one. Own the runtime, not just the code. Configure, harden, and maintain the servers; keep queues healthy with Horizon + Redis; run things in Docker; treat security as first-class. Make architectural calls and live with them. Decide what we build, what we don't, where the boundaries go. Take measured risks, ship, adjust. Set the bar for a small team. Work alongside 2+ engineers — lead by example, mentor, shape how we hire and grow. What we're looking for Non-negotiable: Deep, demonstrable Laravel expertise — you've built, scaled, and fixed serious systems and can show it. Livewire a strong plus. You own the whole stack: Horizon + Redis in production · Docker day-to-day · server config, hardening & maintenance · Laravel's security stack (auth, encryption, secrets, dependency hygiene). Real architecture instinct — you know the difference between clever and maintainable. Hands-on AI fluency — you actively build and ship with LLMs/agents. A can-do / why-not wiring — you take ownership, take measured risks, and you finish. You want a small team — high trust, high autonomy, building something and making it big. Bonus: no-code/low-code or multi-tenant SaaS · API-integration-heavy products · e-commerce, payments, shipping, or fulfillment · taking a product from "first version" to "platform." Why it's worth your time You get to build something real and make it big. The foundation is laid, the customers are serious, the ceiling is high. You bring startup speed; Itembase brings the backing and stability so you're not gambling your runway every quarter. Remote-first, with EU-hours overlap. Real ownership of product and architecture. Senior compensation, discussed openly based on your experience. Not for you if… …you want a tightly-scoped lane and a handed-down backlog, you treat AI as someone else's job, you ship code but expect someone else to run the servers, or you need three approvals to change a file. How to apply Skip the cover letter. Send us: Your best Laravel work (repo, project, or a short paragraph). One thing you shipped with AI recently. One sentence on something you'd make great that others accepted as "good enough." We read every one properly, and we move fast.
