Full-Stack Developers / Teams Needed for Two Active Projects — React Native, Next.js, Go, Laravel, PostgreSQL, PayPal/Braintree + QA We are looking for **experienced developers, teams, or agencies** who can help us quickly catch up on two active projects that are currently behind schedule. This is not a “start from scratch and slowly ramp up” opportunity. We need people who can **review existing work, understand the codebase quickly, communicate clearly, and start contributing fast**. We are open to hiring either: Individual specialists Small teams Agencies with the right technical coverage A dedicated pod that can handle development and QA together ## Project 1 Tech Stack We need support with the following: **Frontend Mobile:** React Native Expo **Frontend Admin:** Next.js **Database:** PostgreSQL **Backend:** Golang / Go microservices **Payment Gateway:** PayPal and Braintree ## Project 2 Tech Stack We also need support with: **Frontend:** Next.js **Database:** PostgreSQL **Backend:** Laravel / PHP **Payment Gateway:** PayPal and Braintree **Sockets / Realtime:** Laravel Reverb ## Additional QA Requirement We are also looking for a **QA Analyst / QA Automation resource** who can write proper test scripts and help us validate the work before it goes live. The QA person should be able to write and manage test cases, regression scripts, and issue reports. Experience with tools such as **Playwright, Cypress, Postman, Selenium, or similar QA automation tools** is a plus. ## What We Need Help With Reviewing the current codebase and identifying blockers Completing unfinished development tasks Fixing bugs and stabilizing existing features Supporting payment gateway integrations with PayPal and Braintree Helping with backend, frontend, and database-related work Testing and validating work before release Creating clear QA scripts and regression checklists Providing daily progress updates Helping us move quickly without sacrificing quality ## Ideal Candidate / Team You should be able to: Start immediately or very quickly Work with limited hand-holding after onboarding Communicate clearly and proactively Provide realistic estimates and status updates Work across frontend, backend, database, and API integrations Understand production-level code quality Collaborate with our internal project managers and development team Document what you are doing clearly Help us reduce backlog and get the projects back on track ## Strong Preference For Teams or agencies that already have multiple roles available, such as: React Native Developer Next.js Developer Golang Developer Laravel Developer PostgreSQL Developer QA Analyst / QA Automation Engineer Technical Lead / Architect We are open to individuals as well, but please be clear about which part of the stack you can cover. ## Communication Expectations Because we are catching up on delayed work, communication is very important. We expect: Daily updates Clear ETA estimates Fast response times during agreed working hours Transparency around blockers Ability to join calls when needed Clean handoff notes and documentation ## Engagement Type This will likely begin as an urgent short-term engagement, but if the working relationship is strong, there may be ongoing work available.
