Machine Learning & AI Agent Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning and AI Trainer to provide hands-on training and mentoring for our team. The focus of this engagement is not only on traditional Machine Learning concepts but also on modern AI Agent architectures, multi-agent collaboration, process automation, and efficient AI system design. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex concepts, provide real-world examples, and help participants understand how to build scalable and cost-effective AI solutions. Responsibilities Conduct training sessions on Classical Machine Learning concepts and algorithms Explain supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning approaches Train participants on feature engineering, model selection, training, validation, and deployment Provide hands-on guidance on building AI Agents and Agentic Workflows Demonstrate multi-agent collaboration and orchestration patterns Explain how agents communicate, share context, and work together in business workflows Train teams on AI process automation and workflow design Share best practices for cost optimization and efficient AI system design Explain techniques for reducing infrastructure costs and avoiding unnecessary server load Guide participants on model selection, prompt optimization, caching strategies, and resource management Review use cases and recommend practical implementation approaches Conduct workshops, Q&A sessions, and practical exercises Required Skills Strong experience in Machine Learning and AI systems Experience training individuals or teams on technical concepts Hands-on experience with AI Agents and Agentic Frameworks Knowledge of multi-agent systems and orchestration patterns Understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and AI workflows Experience with Python and common ML frameworks Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner Strong communication and presentation skills Preferred Experience Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents, or similar frameworks Experience designing enterprise AI workflows Understanding of AI infrastructure, scalability, and performance optimization Experience implementing cost-effective AI solutions Knowledge of cloud and local deployment strategies Experience with workflow automation platforms and integrations Training Outcomes By the end of the engagement, participants should be able to: Understand core Machine Learning concepts and applications Build and evaluate Machine Learning models Design and implement AI Agents Create multi-agent collaborative workflows Optimize AI systems for performance and cost Select the right architecture for different business use cases Build scalable AI solutions without unnecessary infrastructure overhead To Apply Please share: Your experience in Machine Learning and AI training Examples of training programs delivered Experience with AI Agents and multi-agent systems Sample curriculum or training approach Availability and expected rates Any relevant certifications or portfolio examples
